HSP and other

how is it that these companys like multiband for example are able to get away with not paying a tech or a chargeback with nothing wrong with the job. and directv or dish network lets them get away with it. dont they realize  that these companies are hurting their image and they will have problems getting a good tech with good work ethic to come aboard. now granted some techs do terrible work and dont take pride in what they do.
