This is what happens when you trample the Constitution. This is why Monatana is pushing their gun bill agaist ATF. The people in Washington try to use the interstate commerce clause as a way to rule everything. The entire Dept of Ed is based of the interstate commerce clause. Does your kid have to cross state lines to go to school? But they argue that to be involved in interstate commerce you had to of had an education so it is fair game. It is a joke and a bald face power grab.

Laws like this are the first steps in taking our country back once and for all.
