The problem is like any other industry, 1 bad apple ruins it for all, Its like 1 bad cable company or tech gives the whole industry or company a bad name. Alot of people have been subjected to alot of bad things from cops that abuse their authority, so the good cops have to pay for it. Its the same here, as explained.
