Click on the message title to see the full message. On the message page is an Options menu that can be used to reply, contact the author, or view the entire thread. If the Options menu isn't working, then maybe the company that wrote your browser downgraded that feature, probably trying to "protect its income source". I thought browsers were supposed to help people but maybe you need one that protects YOUR interests. Try Internet Explorer it works.
