12 bucks is a joke, but atleast you will get that paycheck.  Until this economy straightens up, getting paid well in the cable/satellite industry might be very hard to do.  Yeah, they may say you get paid so much, but after all the chargebacks and paychecks getting lost in the mail, you don't make anything.
