i got a contract emailed to me the other day by another connect contractor. These chargebacks are the new standard going down the line alll to the technician. No one wants any responsibility and pass any charges all the way to the tech. All real business models understand that there is a certain amount of money that they are going to shell out to keep things moving. These crybabies don't want to man up and understand it can't be all profit. The contract i got had everything to do with chargebacks and what the technician can't do to recoup his money. There were more pages of crap than a real contract I hold with spacenet.
