You need to get out of there. Its gona get alot worse, eventually you will be charge for anything they can come up with.  DirecTV doesn't care.  Once you do leave you will not see anymore paychecks, so make sure you stock up on alot of equipment get a EBAY account set up.  Don't worry about them blackballing you from DirecTV, DirecTV is not a company you want to do installs for anymore.  All they care about is making huge profits off the little guys.  After getting screwed over by a few DirecTV contracting companies I went back to cable and I'm very happy there.  I know most employers want to talk to your previous supervisor, so give them the phone number of a good friend and let them know to act like your supervisor when they call.  Heck have your buddy write you a letter of recommendation to attach with your resume.
