Direct Sat Info?

Anyone have any info on Direct SAt. I am going to be working for them starting next week out of wisconsin. It all sounds good, the money, etc. Just wanna know if anyone has first hand experience. I'm new to direct tv, been in cable for a few years and that money really got crappy!
