thats exactly right, would i want this guy in my mom's home or my daughters. most of these guys are scrubs and thats what gives this business a bad name. I have worked for 11 companies in the last 23 years in this business and 95% of the time the only reason people get at charge back is because they screwed something up. There is plenty of money to be earned in this business thats the problem people anymore don't want to earn it they think it should be given to them for showing up
