He's not my boss.  I own my own retail dealership.  He is simply a go between Best Buy and my company.  However, I think the purpose of this forum is to raise issues to the surface.  I am not trying to do anything other than help the man.  He has contacted me recently and I believe he understands the importance of communication.  Time will tell.  In the mean time I've got to go - time to make some more money in retail!!
