There is work out there, but not enough for everyone, and it seems only in certain areas. And the primes know and the mso's know, and they ain't payin' nothin'. They are offering half the wages of what we are used too, and expecting the same amount of effort and skill. One company asked me what a class A lineman should get; I replied at least $25.00 an hour to start, he said they were offering 12-15. That is freakin' ridiculus.
