Yea it sucks, and you're right, a person can't do a damn thing about it. Hell a friend of mine was coming back through Louisiana one time, and I have always known him to carry large sums of cash. Well the po-po's pulled him over in his bucket truck, searched, found a little over five grand and siezed it as "possible" drug money. He paid a lawyer to get it back and after all was said and done with legal fee's etc...! He had lost 2800 to get the 5000 back. Yea, the land of the free. Hell, I am driving north later this week and I honestly expect to get pulled over and harrassed. Something about those southern tags heading north. Damn police think that anyone from the south heading north is a possible drug smuggler.
WTF.
