Final justice for this operator probably involved flames and damnation:
Joseph Patrick Kealy
Kealy, Joseph Patrick born April 15, 1950 in Hastings, Nebraska died
October 8, 2008 in Scottsdale, Arizona. Joe attended St. Cecilia High
School in Hastings, Nebraska. He was a standout athlete in both
football and basketball. He attended Northern Arizona University on a
basketball scholarship, later attending Hastings College playing
football. He married Janet Meininger on November 27, 1971 in Hastings,
Nebraska, moving the following year to Scottsdale, Arizona. During his
37 years in Scottsdale, Arizona, he owned Kealy Construction Company,
served as CEO for International Environmental Corp, CEO for
International Fibercom Inc. and most recently CEO for Clear Energy
Systems. He was a member of the Phoenix Thunderbirds and served on
St. Mary's High School Scholarship Board. Joe had a great passion for
sports as was evident in his 10 successful years of coaching the Pop
Warner, Huskers. He enjoyed watching his daughter, Shelby, play
basketball at Xavier College Prep and at the University of Denver; and
his son, Ryan, play football for St. Mary's High School and Arizona
State University. His hobbies included playing tennis and golf weekly,
and watching all sports especially college football. He had a strong
faith and could be found most early mornings "talking to God" at Our
Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. Joe loved life with a passion
living every day to the fullest. He was a very loving, generous
husband, father and grandfather, who let his family know how much he
loved them each and every day. He enjoyed people and touched many
lives with his fun loving spirit and intense honesty. Joe believed
that heaven was the ultimate goal on earth and he is there. He is
survived by his wife, Jan, children Shelby and Ryan and granddaughter
Bailey Rae Kealy. The Rosary will be 7:00 PM, Thursday, October 16th

Funeral Mass will be 10:00 AM, Friday, October 17, at St. Mary's
Basilica, 231 N. 3rd St., Phoenix, 85004. If possible, be color ful
for Joe as he views this as a celebration of life. In lieu of flowers,
the family requests donations be sent to St. Mary's High School
Scholarship Fund. Arrangements entrusted to Whitney & Murphy Funeral
Home.
The Arizona Republic from 10/15/2008 - 10/16/2008
Even his obituary was false: he was a dishonest con man who raped communications companies from coast to coast and pocketed the pillaged salaries as his own. Companies netting millions were turned into private founts of cash to buy himself and his cronies new Benz's and lavish lifestyles. When the cup ran dry because his hand-picked "managers" displaced the experienced money-makers and hard working techs, he liquidated the companies and tossed thousands of people to the curb to save other parts of his pyramid. Bitter: you bet. My 12 years of loyal service ended with not so much as a hearty handshake: an email see-ya was as personal as they wished to be. But, at least I made up for it: when they liquidated our location and decided to toss dozens of pallets of materials in the dumpster because they "weren't going to be in that business anymore", I loaded up and took home 20 pallets worth and sold it all on eBay over 6 months for ~$50K. Money used to wash the bad taste from my mouth. Almost.
