No where did it say it was a Ford Van your honor, I demand a dismissal on all counts and my client demands his pipe and cash back that was found in the van,that was placed into evidence returned immediately!, and we are filing a counter suit for $10 million for pain and suffering due to the nature of the gross charges filed aganist my client.
