working for DirecTV anymore is a scam.  In some markets they charge their contractors for service in 90 even if its DirecTV equipment that caused it.  DirecTV doesn't care if their contractors don't pay their techs.  Comcast requires their contractors to submit their billing to ensure they pay their guys.  Why can't DirecTV require that?  If you wana stay in the trade I would suggest being on the cable side until DirecTv figures out they need to change the way they do things to keep the quality guys.
