ONLY reason that they got his back is to get all the info they can for several reasons; 1 for when they get sued, 2. to cover their ass with the licensing authorities and governmental issues (franchise issues, etc), and the main reason and the main thing you MUST ALWAYS DO IN THIS BUSINESS TO SURVIVE.........
