Is this a posted job somewhere or a local ad?
Spacenet is different than hughes in the respect of the polarization factor as well as aligning for co pol and cross pol.
Is this with spacenet or a company using that equipment?  Spacenet generally has authorized contractors to install their eqiupment.
I personally have enjoyed their product on the commercial vsat side as much as the hughes net.
