TMGC in Wharton Texas

Be careful when going to this company. This is a type of company that if you question anything they will look for a reason to fire you. They have what they call is a good ole boy system it is not based on what you know but who you know. Do not get me wrong there are some good ones working there but upper managment they need some work. They really need help with backing up thier employee's instead of listening to lies about them and letting them go because of the lies. Everyone knows they can not please every customer out there and when one gets upset with you they can call the company and say about anything they want to, this company actually believes these things. There are some of the employees that have been working there that hasn't gotten a raise in about 1.5 yrs. There was one guy that ask for his raise and they made him drop even knowing he smoked weed. The only drop he had to make was 3 yrs ago when he got hired and then when he asked for his raise hey his name came up. The Techs and dispatch and one of the supervisors are cool tho. Good luck if you go there just keep your mouth shut.
