Wait till you have worked for them a couple more months, Then see if you feel the same. I worked for them and the first couple of months were good. The pay was on time and correct. Then, pay checks were late, ( Fed Ex lost them ), Charge backs for receivers that were installed in other states, OTG's for jobs that weren't even assigned to me but had my tech number, ( they're good for that one ), Goasting Techs to bring up the numbers. I've worked for contractors and retailers doing installs for close to 13 years and I am by no means a Hack. I also know that in this business there are alot of companies that just look at the numbers and don't care about the installers. What they have to remember is that without the Tech's to do their installs, They couldn't make any money or keep their contracts. Live and Learn.....
