Yep. It shocked me too, because I'm a big Mopar fan so I followed him since his Evernham days. Seems that the problem manifested itself way back then, and that was part of the reason he lost his ride with Evernham back then. I have never seen any good come from that crap. Damn, Jr. can't seem to win for losing. He just got took out by someone else.
