Out of my 22 years in the biz and 37 states that I have worked, THE ORANGES in Jersey were the Worst.
Just to let you know 5 years ago for Comcast we went thru Spliced and Swept this area.We EACH had an off duty uniformed City of Orange cop watching us in the easement and our trucks at the same time.Turn your back for a moment and the CRACK heads will have whatever they can grab and run with.
If you are a WHITEY you will never feel more out of place.
Oh one more thing,They conducted a Drug Sting a few years back and in their infinite wisdom they used Cable TV company vans for survaliance, so you will be very welcome here when they see you in their backyard.I have also never seen such flagrant theft of cable service.Not trying to scare anyone but beware and don't even attempt this project without security for yourself and equipment.
