I'm afraid all of these contractors bending over for Comcast and others and going W2 are going to get an expensive wake-up call someday. IMO contracting in this industry and paying hourly doesn't fit well for many of the individual jobs that they use contractors for. It's a structure that's doomed to bring lawsuits and business failure to many.
