Like I had mentioned dont listen to the people on this board judging by the last couple of posts, but at the same time this is the competition and shows you there is an opportunity if you were to start your own business but I would definitely recommend not hiring these old timers and know it alls, I would bring in 1 good experienced tech with a good attitude and hire mostly younger guys with less experience to be under him or her. Most of my guys are ex military like myself and they are more responsible. I have been fortunate with this business model and now have more work than I can handle, which is ok so I am not all over the place and having to hire the wrong type of employees, and as you can see by the posts here you have to be very careful in this business it breeds some real champions.
