they want you to just tell them to stick it, then you wont get the next check at all, they will claim holding last check incase of backcharges, then never will get it,,, i really hate to say this, but they have brought this on themselves,, never , never , never , tell them you are leaving,, just play the old i got the flu, my trucks broke and waiting on parts, i may have to wait to get check before i can pay for parts, etc, etc,,,,,,
