The interstage pad and eq are factory set when the amp is bench swept this pad and eq is between the pre and post amps and sets up the levels between the amps to hit your chip with the proper levels to prevent noise and cross modulation between the two amps. There is no test point open in the amp to set this up yourself. I would seriously question using an y repair facility that would remove them in the first place. I would contact SA/Cisco and see who their authorized repair facilities are. I have some contacts there if you need them.
