 I don't know,sounds like he's using better verbal/typing skills than the illegals some of these f*ck head's are using.As far as the typing,Well come on,,I don't think that is a job requirement for Installing,if it were, hell we could all become court reporters,,have a real job.Don't get me wrong,know exactly where you are coming from,,have had more than one installer come up to me and when they spoke I felt embarrassed for them.Just my two less cents.
