Call SA they have the setup specs on your rev trans/receivers (light levels and injection levels) Then you need to hire my company to optimize the MER , BER ,CN using the latest gear to get rid of digital distortions (Tile looking effects). Also if you have digi distortion on your forward channels it might also be on your docsis channel thus having hesitant modem issues .. login and give me a call if you need help finetuning your system with the latest gear, thanks
