I already accepted the bs and did quit. But when you don't do installs because you are running around doing QC's and giving equipment to tech's because the rx's they did have went bad on them. Or the LNB's were bad out of the box and meeting a tech half to get them some new one's. I was always available for my techs when they needed me and yet was not appreciated by upper management.
