Sat is not hitting on much.  Comcast is probably it, as you mentioned.

Hammerjacks was a Baltimore City FU. That area of town was one of the few areas where a skilled employee could get in and out of town without getting mugged or have his car stolen.....just a working class industrial zone. The Baltimore government dudes paid businesses to move so the stadium (s) could be build.
 So instead of  having a chance to become a machinest or welder...............you can sell beer to MFs or hang cable.
