I have worked for Primes before and for some reason they failed to pay me for 3-4 months on 1 line item, or they shorted me on the price of 1 line item, somehow it would come to someones attention, and I would receive a check for what I have been shorted.
Now, here is the situation. I am installing fiber to apartment buildings, and the line item states: Build a path from PP to LU, all inclusive, in existing facilities. this is paid per. unit.
Another line item states: Install exterior fiber wire assemblies in MDU environment 1-200 ft.
The question is, should they not be paying to install molding, they are saying it is all inclusive, no extra monies for molding.
Does this sound correct.
