And don't forget: guv'ments now want ALL 'older' vehicles off the road and junqued...
  A) to be allegedly "Greener",
  B) to keep us in debt (that $4000 carrot will REALLY help pay for a $30,000+ vehicle, PLUS insurance, when mine is paid for...), and
  C) we won't have as many 'throw-away' cars to make IED's and battering rams with...

Isn't that just SO Spec-ial!
