60% is impressive the going rate is usually 50/50
Now there are companies like 20/20 that I know you know very well since they worked right in your area.. that decided to pay their reps like 20-30% and promise them if they get people under them and they get people under them... YUCK YUCK.. I use to laugh when we would hit the same ghetto apt complex and I was making 70 dollars and they were making 30 dollars... LOL
It's nice to see someone is on the side of the employee/contractor and not out for themselves. If it is true, which I don't doubt. I haven't been involved in the Alchemy yet considering I have been working "in House" for the past two years but sure get all the calls from the boys making 5000-7000 a week.. Thats good money.. I just laugh when I hear how they are getting the customers bills! LOL
I got a cake gig going right now but have been thinking about looking into the alchemy.. But I just love working the ghettos dammit!
