They make licenses plate frames that prevent the plates from being photographed It has a high speed infrared lazar that covers the plate with infrared light
it cannot be detected by law enforcement unless they are wearing special glasses and then the only thing that is visible is the frame
I can't remember what they called it, but I seen it on a radar detector cloaking site, I was looking for a unit for my lead footed son that lives & works in VA where detectors are illegal, I do not condone any type of speeding in a work zone, but come on 1 mph over, speedometer error, wrong tires, But I can believe it happening in the communist state of Virginia
