You know what sucks ? ....You have no recourse for the jobs, just the technicians. The only person who is getting ripped off in this industry is the tech. Sure if he does 12 jobs and gets paid for 5 , he is busted. You have so many techs you won't feel it. Don't bash me in any way, I have never worked for you , never plan to. I have seen way too many post on your company. Stop defending yourself, pay your men. You , as a business , should be looking out for your people. If they are getting screwed over, then you should do something about it. I have been in the business for a very long time. I have been screwed over many times, but I can assure you it was for the companies going under and simply failing to pay. Just stand behind your men Dewey.
