Girlfriend of 4years,,no sex for past 3 years or relationship.Sounds like you had a relationship with her,,its called "friends".she didn't want sex because she was getting it from someone else,,now she see's someone else paying attention to you,willing to give you some? Dude,,sounds like head games.Save your self a lot of grieve.You know what to do,,if you have any sense.
