About a month ago, told it's techs that the billing codes were changing. They told us that 80% of the jobs would result in a pay increase. This was a BLATENT LIE. .We were told that the $100 charge backs would be rare and we would never see one unless there was a major problem with a job. Anything else, would be fought by our management. Then we got a 3 page list of chargeable situations! A fucking stinger too long??? They are charging guys for the most minor slip ups. Charging for "suck-out" on fittings that are defective! They can't supply you with fittings that don't fit tight on the cable and then charge you when they slip back a little.
Now we are forced to spend more time on every job, for less money. T But it's not all bad. At the end of the day, we all have 2 perfect jobs completed for a grand total of $40.00 and the leads get a nice fat kick back for having the best area and for pretending they support the management. management....haha It's time to grow some balls guys. What do you have to lose? We're not making money anymore! $1000 pay checks? You can make that with $12/hr in 40 hours. With no gas, insurance, tools, etc expenses.
Show BrightHouse what happens when you push us too far. When you take too much money. When you knock us down 1 too many times! They can't keep dangling our jobs over our heads like this.
We have the power to shut down both companies. See what happens when jobs don't get done. Stand up for yourselves.
