1960 was before my time, but I do know that to this day you can go down to Oakland and see the homeplate to Forbes Field which is in a hallway of one of Univ. of Pitt buildings. Then you go outside and across the street is a portion of the Outfield Wall and a brick outline of the rest of it. The spot where Maz shot cross the wall is marked near a current street. It's a neat place and those were great Pirate moments.
