Does not matter if you do em wrong or right, CB's are just another way to ensure the good techs bounce so that they can keep the installs free. Figure it out....the contractor goes out and does all the grunt work and provides most of the materials. In house QC guy goes out and finds one drip loop a 1/4 inch out of spec, fixes it and moves on to eff the next guy. The in house guy gets paid much less than you did and the company expends little or nothing in materials to supposedly fix your job so that the one day a week your possibly home with your family with the ringers on the phone shut off because the collection goons are calling you every 5 minutes, the owner of the company you contract to is out on his 30' searay fishing for blues. Ain't life grand.
