The only thought I can offer is that where the US Government is concerned, the "Worst Case Scenario" rarely covers the 'Best Case'. Although it pains me to mention it, Boy Bush's 'worst case' for Iraq was slated to be 6 months to 1 year...and now, how many years AND two elections later............
I would like to know if they bother to include the costs of themselves and/or the V.A. in those estimates?
