Hell, I still do 2 men and a driver on two crews and work as the lineman on the third crew when I am not doing something else, got a groundman that knows the work so he can jump in when I need him too, slow as hell though, ain't makin' no dough with him in the air. And on new build or new extensions, I hang the rollers and cable with the truck moving out of a 550. Try to get one of these pussies that are comin' into the trade to do that.
