I am looking for a product or way to remotely access the receivers functionality at my remote headends. In the past we have used a system called HEMS by TCI. The problem here is these headends are Dish network and the HEMS only supports DTV products. Any help would be appreciated. I am open to any options, ie server and serial to rj11 etc
