I agree with the trooper's actions due to the driver was not running a code transport, but on the other hand that trooper better hope & prey that he don't need to be code red transported by White, White might just shut the lights off, do the speed limit, stop at all traffic lights, let little old ladies cross the street, provide roadside good samaritan assistance to a hottie with a flat tire, while the trooper is in the back bleeding from a gunshot wound or a traffic accident
