my super buddy won't lock 110 & 129

I've had my super buddy for nearly a year now and i love it. I just updated it last week and it won't lock onto 129 or 110 or display signal on the ird side. I tested the meter on a dish i know is getting both birds so its not the lnb. I'll be calling applied instruments in the morning. Anyone else having this issue?
