Yes, there is utility easements up here too, 5' on each side of the property line. But, the drop poles or service poles going to the house are on private property, they are not included in the easement. As for, letting the PM or Sup deal with it, well, their 2hrs away. They would have delt with it over the phone, and then call me up, and tell me to go back and cut the drop. I don't get paid for go backs. One time through,and one time only! Had one lady tell me if I wanted to get in her yard, that I would have to make an appointment. I told her that it's now or never, cut the drop at the fence line and moved on. I hear you on forward production.
