The second step to taking over all of the power from the citizens is taking away the guns. They are already well on their way of the first rule, taking over the press.

And you know what the cover for this will be. It takes guns off the street. But when does the realization that criminals don't follow laws by their very nature start to come into play. So all you have accomplished is a registry of lawful owners of firearms. Unless you believe Obama can make all of the thugs register too. I bet the next stimulus will cover the costs for them or will it be TARP.

Better yet, why don't they enforce the laws they already have? I know that is a novel idea, but what the hell, how about we try that first. Unless of course the stated objective of this law is not its intended outcome.
