IMO Ron Crowder was the biggest mistake JP&D ever made.
Trust me on this, I worked for JP&D for almost 7 years, closely with all the Upper managment and owners, and have the highest respect for them, you need to look at DTV first, before you bash them, DTV makes the rules, and the HSP's have to try and follow them...Everyone is pointing the finger at the wrong people...
