I hear what your saying, But from the post that I have read about your company is that you don't even have a contract in place with your techs.
So it dose upset them if you just decide to hold there check all of a sudden. Also I would think if you were communicating with your techs ail bit more about the situation, Then maybe they wouldn't come on here and post the things that they have.
I know there is always 2 sides of the story, Maybe you have been talking to the techs and explaining and they decided to post something any way's.
