 No, G-Girl it hasn't been going on for two years, two years ago GM was still GM, Chrysler was still Chrysler, people who took out loans actually had to pay them off without the Government stepping into the private sector to start establishing a Socialistic Society, That ALL started with O'Bama who has absolutely NO idea what the hell he is doing. Does he not realize that investors loaned out these mortgage contracts on the basis they would be paid back? Now O'Bama says,,, hey wait a minute lets reconfigure these contracts that these people "SIGNED" and lower the interest rates so that the investors who took the chance can eat these loans!! Now the terms of these contracts are being negotiated by a third party who has no right to be involved!! This country was built on Free Enterprise, He has literally stepped in and took away these peoples right to earn a profit. He has no business or right as the President to do this! What would you say if you loaned your neighbor $10,000.00 to be paid over 5 years @ 6% and then your other neighbor stepped in and said No,No hold on lets lower the interest rate to 2% over 3 years and we are only gonna pay back $3,000.00? Same thing he is doing. GET IT????
