Time and time again ...the question of sub versus employee. The fact of the matter is that . If you are a sub contractor they cannot control you...... If you are a full time employee they can. Unfortunatly most sub contractors are trained to belive that they are employees. If you become a full time employee 2 things will happen. you will take a very steep pay cut and work untill midnight or untill they decide to let you go home that night, not to mention that, instead of getting 50 to 60% of your pay ...you will only get about 30 to 35% of you pay instead. Also you will be put on a leash and expected to jump through hoops at the whim of some cheesy dip shit field supervisors who dont have half the experience or knowledge that you have and pretty much cant tie there own friggen shoe strings without a diagram. Full time employee sucks and has been designed to get most of your money and work the piss out of you so that next month you have nothing to show for it......better to be broke and happy with a life than broker and very much unhappy and run like a pack mule 7 days a week 15 hours a day!!!!!!!!! full time employee primes ....stop it....quit ripping these guys off....if you are a contractor, no one can mandate that your people be full time employees, get over your head trips and get back to sub-contractors , your making this industry worthless and turning meat markets into the thing of the future. We dont want meat markets, we donrt need fry cooks and dishwashers coming into this industry and killing it. like you all have been doing so far, My piece has been spoke and thats the final word,.
