agree 50/10 is terrible. Not that others are much better. Satellite and cable are one of the few industries that pay rates have declined over the years.
I remember in Atlanta 7 years ago getting 70/20 and that was with gas $1.25gal. Only had a 90 day period for LOS. I never had a chargeback then. From what I hear now you are responsible for all aspects of install for 1 year, and can be charged back for bad remote, bad receiver, lightning blows a LNB.
